I am doing a science project on the power balance silicone wristbands... i have to prove if they work or not. i also have to write a paper describing the science behind it... all the websites i have been on say that the power balance has a Mylar Holographic Disk in it, but none of the websites describe what the Disk really is.

any info about the wristbands is GREATLY appreciated Smiley

It is made out of silicone rubber and the decoration is made of the plastic, Mylar.
