We'll a while ago I used to hear sounds at night, it used to sound like a heart monitor, it would go on for minutes at a time and then it would sound like a flatliner. Then one day my sister told me that she heard a noise. I asked what she heard, and she said she heard the exact same thing. I was scared outta my mind. I tried to eject as much logic into the situation as I could as forgot about it. One night I woke up in the middle of the night and I saw a little light that looked kinda like a beam of moonlight, it slowly floated all around the room and I was literally frozen with fear, I thought maybe I was seeing things until it went out of my room
And my cat, who saw the whole thing followed it. I then heard the cat hiss and I immediately hid under the covers. That was when I was about 9 or 10 when I was 13 I was playing my video game psp and was sitting on my covers, when I realized that it was getting late, I turned my game off and sat up an my covers looked like the grim reaper, but I think that might just e a coincidence, now I'm 15-16 and now everytime I lock up the downstairs of my house (lock the doors, turn off the lights, fix things up) when I turn off the light and walk up the stairs, there's an Erie feeling as if somethings watching me as I go up the staris.

Well, the light thing with your cat sounds creepy, and if your positive that you weren't just seeing things then ya i'd be worried. But, I think everything else you can find a logical explanation for. Like the eerie feeling is probably just because you are scared, your covers looking like the grim reaper was probably also because you were just scared. And maybe the heart monitor is a weird noise made by one of your home appliances. But I could be wrong. I don't know the ins and outs of haunting, but from the horror movies I have seen, I can conclude that you shouldn't be too worried because even if there is some sort of spirit in your house, maybe it doesn't want anything from you and it is just there. But if anything remotely bad happens I would be worried (like in paranormal activity). I hope you end up ok Smiley Im sure you will be fine

Whats the history of your home? What the history of the land it was built on? Thats the best place for you to start. Maybe there was a hospital or place where sick patients went built on that land and thats why you hear a heart moniter sound. Its just a guess though. But, its always best to start out finding out the history of the land and your house.

You may or may not have something going on. We must always think logically first. The heart monitor sounds may have been the TV, radio, or some kind of electronics. Sometimes, we can hear something, just like smelling something, even a song, and it be etched in our brains, and we can hear it. It could also be possible that someone was being resuscitated in your house, maybe the sounds are etched in the atmosphere of the house. I'm not sure what they used way back then, but modern day equipment doesn't make that sound. Regardless, should someone have died there, doesn't mean they're haunting the place. I honestly don't know what you saw at night, as you're sure your cat saw it too, but, even if it were a spirit, I'm confident that it's very harmless. As for the Grim Reaper, it's just a character portraying death, it's not real. As for the creepies at the stairs, it could be the wiring/high EMF. You can easily buy an EMF detector to make sure it's not high, therefore making you feel like that. I'm a huge believer in the paranormal, but, as you know, a lot of things can be cancelled out via logics. If you're ever uncomfortable and things are unexplainable, then simply tell it that you're uncomfortable and to stay away from you, if not, then it has to go where it belongs, this is YOUR house.

I believe that your house has high Electric Magnetic Fields that gives you these feelings and visions.

If you are sincere about feeling spooked, then speak up and tell it to go away and never come back.

Be sure and check out the electric magnetic fields in your home.
