The Chinese ( I think?) made this material that was black and absorb all light, or almost all light.
What is it?
It was a material I heard about.
I dunno how else to explain it.
They might use it for military purposes.
And seeing the wiki-pedia I guess it would be a Black-body.

But it had a name this material.
But with this Black-body I can probably google "Black-Body Material"
so thanks!

100 absorbing body does not exist but theoretically it is called

" Perfectly Black Body "

The Chinese material with 99.99 % absorption  is also a perfectly black body.
