I had a black light and when i turned it on and smoked i couldn't see any smoke and im not sure if there is a light that will make the smoke appear more visible. I want to be able to see the smoke a lot like they do in music videos.

Any bright light will be scattered by smoke, that's why smoke is more visible during the day than at night.  For your smoking room, a bright ceiling light or a "disco light" would help you see smoke better than that "black light".
BTW, in the music videos, they don't use smoke, they use fog, from a fog making machine, that way the performers and the audience don't suffocate to death.

Ocean is right.  For this purpose, there is no real difference between smoke and fog.  If you drive through fog you would be well advised to use your low beams, because high beams make the fog directly in front of you more visible, while the low beams, so called because they point toward the ground, only light up the fog near the ground.
Note:  Fog can be used to reveal coherent- aka laser- light, which is normally invisible.
