tanning bed
light bulb
the sun
windmill
piano
microwave
magnifying glass
firecracker
iron
cake mixer
solar calculator
siren
plant, during photosynthesis
flashlight battery
nuclear power plant

-match with whether they are
electrical to thermal
mechanical to sound
electrical to mechanical
electrical to electromagnetic
nuclear to electrical
chemical to sound
chemical to electrical
light to electrical
electrical to thermal
nuclear to electromagnetic
electromagnetic to chemical
mechanical to electrical
if your not going to actually answer them please dont bother commenting

No, it is not an example of electrical to thermal energy. Thermal energy comes from the earth.

thermal in general is heat

electical to light and UV to heat as it is absorbed

energy comes in many forms but the numerical valuesin each can be defined

1) Static

2) The rest, however these are broad and would require better explanation of what is meant but here is my best guess for your match ups:

tanning bed..................electromagnetic to chemical.
light bulb..................... electrical to electromagnetic or electrical to thermal
the sun........................nuclear to electromagnetic
windmill.......................mechanical to electrical
piano...........................mechanical to sound
microwave....................electrical to electromagnetic
magnifying glass...........light to electrical
firecracker.....................chemical to sound
iron (assumed clothes iron)..........electrical to thermal
cake mixer..................electrical to mechanical
solar calculator............light to electrical
siren...........................mechanical to sound
plant, during photosynthesis......electromagnetic to chemical
flashlight battery.......................chemical to electrical
nuclear power plant...................nuclear to electrical

Hope this helps,

Newton1Law

PS: Let me know if you want an explanation for my choices.

electrical to thermal = iron
mechanical to sound = siren?, piano
electrical to mechanical = cake mixer
electrical to electromagnertic = light bulb, tanning bed (couple of light bulbs), microwave, flashlight
nuclear to electrical = nuclear power plant
chemical to sound = firecracker
chemical to electrical = battery
light to electrical = solar calculator
electrical to thermal = microwave (if you include the food as well), iron
nuclear to electromagnetic = sun
electromagnetic to chemical = plant
mechanical to electrical = windmill
