It's called photokinesis and I'm stuck with it. Does anyone have any tips on how to get rid of it?

Yes. I've a desk lamp I can move around my desk. I can change the angle and the height of the lamp above the table, and everything. To get rid of it, I switch it off by pressing the big on/off switch.

Photokinesis in the sense you mean is only an ability fictional superheros have. Since you're posting questions here, rather than fighting crime, that'd suggest your ability is also fictional.
